neck kissing is honestly the hottest, most seductive thing anybody could ever do to me. if you kiss my neck, if you playfully bite my neck, if your tongue touches my neck i will melt in your fingertips.

As we all know, a vast majority of the time Leo’s hair stays down and in his face. But the only time that he has to pull it up would be for the few physical education classes Lutwidge requires of its students. That being said, Leo will tie what hair he can back at the nape of his neck, but most of his bangs will still hang in his face, but he pulls back the minimum of them that he has to so that his eyes can still stay hidden, but he can’t be reprimanded by the instructor that he’s obstructing his vision with his bangs. As soon as the class is over, Leo’s hair gets untied; he feels more comfortable having it down.

This headcanon is written in conjunction with this [ x ] one.

When Leo’s body is in an exhausted/weakened state as a result of extended use of Jabberwock, this also means the strongest/in control soul of Glen Baskerville is also weakened because of its strong connection to its current outlet. During the small periods of time when Leo’s body has to recover, it forces the dominant Glen incarnation to rest as well, leaving an opportunity for another previous Glen (such as Oswald or Levi) to come to the surface and take temporary control of Leo’s body. But as soon as his body has recovered enough of its strength, the Glen that’s in consistent control of Leo’s body will resurface and take rein back over him, because it’s already been established that it’s powerful enough to not let any of the other Glen’s have control.

ʜᴇᴀᴅᴄᴀɴᴏɴ #3

((Bear in mind that this headcanon is based off the only two previous Glen’s we know anything about, aside from Gilbert being a would’ve been Glen.))

To the best of our knowledge, Leo is the youngest vessel to take over as Glen Baskerville (since Gilbert’s own Accession Ceremony was interrupted and subsequently not seen through to the end). Because Leo was only sixteen when all the previous Glen’s souls were reawakened and eclipsed Leo’s soul to the point of taking over his body (versus Oswald who was twenty-seven and Levi who was twenty-nine), he is taking on all the responsibilities that comes with becoming Glen Baskerville at a much younger age (i.e. housing all the no longer dormant souls of the previous Glen’s, along with housing one chain [that being Jabberwock] and only one chain for the time being, technically he should have the remaining four chains transferred into his body in the future if and when they are taken from their current respective contractors), and the younger body is weaker compared to those of Levi or Oswald Baskerville.

So because this ‘Glen’ came to be at a much younger age than previously, the strain of housing the active souls, along with one active and powerful chain, can be exhausting for Leo’s body.

That being said, the only time (until he builds up his strength and endurance for summoning and using his chain, and more of them in the future) that it would actually exhaust Glen and Leo is when he’s using Jabberwock. As we saw when Leo summoned Jabberwock to attack Oz because he refused to join in the plans to create a second Tragedy of Sablier, Vincent insisted that Leo fall back and allow him to do the fighting so that the strain wasn’t too much on his body. Though his contract was fairly new, an example to support this theory is when Elliot used his own chain on multiple occasions (if we’re to believe that forming an illegal versus legal contract wouldn’t make much of a difference) we don’t see Elliot being strained physically to any degree, especially since he was using Humpty Dumpty for shorter periods of time, unlike Leo who intended on using Jabberwock for a full on fight for an unknown period of time.

So in short, because of Leo’s age of taking on the role of Glen Baskerville, the strain of summoning his new chain for periods more than a few minutes (read: more than five to ten) and/or actively using Jabberwock for a physical fight, will exhaust him from any degree between simply feeling tired, to feeling faint, to full on becoming unconscious. As Leo’s body continues to age and move towards adulthood, his endurance will grow with leaps and bounds, but for the time being, he has to restrict the time limits for his chain usage, along with what degree that he uses Jabberwock with.

Leo will wear his eyeglasses anywhere and everywhere for the purpose of both hiding his eyes from the world, but also to keep himself from seeing it. But instances like at night when he and Elliot are alone in their dormitory, they’ll come off as soon as they’re in their room. Since Leo has no actual need to use them for his vision, and paired with the fact that Elliot is his closest friend who’s also already seen his eyes, Leo sees no real reason to bother wearing them. Consider it another piece of evidence of how much he trusts Elliot.

ʜᴇᴀᴅᴄᴀɴᴏɴ #1

Leo is secretly quite possessive of Elliot. Given the fact that Leo spent a lot of his time in the orphanage by himself (despite the fact that it was by choice), when he found a true friend in Elliot, Leo found himself displeased whenever Elliot’s attention would get taken up by someone else. Even after Leo accepted Elliot’s offer to be his servant and they both began attending Lutwidge Academy together, Leo still prefers it when Elliot spends more time with him, simply because he’s the only person Leo chooses to be around. None of this is vocalized of course, even if he’s Elliot’s closest friend, he’s still his servant nonetheless, so Leo keeps his thoughts to himself.
