There was no point in trying to argue this any longer; for it was already done and that could not be changed. He truly was thankful for the effort and time Leo spent on doing his homework. It sure saved him a lot of trouble this week.
Another present? Elliot had honestly not been expecting anything major from his friend, yet here he was doing all his school work and giving him a gift box. Elliot got up from his own bed and went to grab the box, sitting down next to Leo so that he could place the box in his lap as he opened it.
Elliot was his best friend, of course he was going to get him something. Doing his homework had been an impromptu idea, but he still went with it when it came to him. The other present had actually been under his bed for a week now.
He had to push his bangs out of his eyes to properly watch, but his gaze moved back and forth between Elliot’s face and his hands as he unwrapped the present.
